Yes, any time. Sign in and this page's current-plan card has a Cancel / Manage billing button. In dev/test mode (see the banner above) cancelling takes effect immediately. With real billing that button opens our payment provider's secure billing portal so you can cancel or change your plan yourself. We don't offer refunds for partial periods. Campus and Fortress are billed by contract — email us for changes there.

Campus is priced per student ($4/student/mo, billed by invoice) for universities and bootcamps licensing Terminal Dojo for a class or program — email us for a quote. We don't currently have a separate discount code for individuals paying with their own card; Operator's $12/mo list price is already below what comparable individual plans cost elsewhere (see below).

Checkout is handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.

Nothing is deleted. Your XP, belt, streak and every completed mission stay on your account. You just lose access to anything past the first 15 missions of each path and the unlimited daily caps until you resubscribe — the free Cadet limits (5 new missions and 20 reviews a day, 15 missions per path) apply again.

Squad is self-serve: $15/seat/mo (or $12/seat/mo billed yearly), 5-seat minimum, pay by card and it activates immediately — built for companies, with team dashboards, path assignments and progress reports. Campus is for schools: $4/student/mo (or $3/student/mo billed yearly), billed by invoice under a contract (email us to set one up), and adds a per-student progress export on top of everything in Squad.

It varies a bit by plan — switch the toggle above to YEARLY and each plan's card shows its own price and savings, computed from the same numbers used at checkout, so it's always accurate.

Operator unlocks everything for $12/mo ($8/mo billed yearly). As of around September 2026, comparable individual plans at other well-known cybersecurity-training platforms started noticeably higher — for example TryHackMe's Premium plan (roughly $14–17/mo) and Hack The Box's VIP+ plan ($25/mo), both billed monthly per their own pricing pages. Prices change, so check current listings if this matters to your decision.
